Our next agenda item addresses the Greeter Chair vacancy. As Anne O
mentioned in her report, her term is up in May. The Greeter Chair is a
critical ASP service postion.

At this time, I'd like to turn the meeting over to Anne O so that she can
highlight the duties of the Greeter Chair position and answer any
questions that members may have.

The duties of the Greeter Chair are listed below.


   - Chairs the Greeter Committee
      - Appoints Greeters
      - Instructs/trains Greeters
      - Oversees greeting process
   - Alternate List Administrator #2

Requirements for serving as Greeter Chair

   - One year’s participation in ASP.
   - One year of ASP service in some other service capacity (e.g., topic
   chair, greeter).
