Hi Mary,

I have a couple of questions and comments.

First, why are we making a donation to WSO at this time.  I recall that we
made a donation just over a month ago and our group conscience is to make
donations quarterly. 

Second, when I was trying to look up the last donation, I couldn't help but
notice that the 7th Tradition section of our website seems quite out of
date.  The last financial reports posted to the website were made in 2018 &
2019 during the time I was acting Treasurer.  While I didn't get the first
few months of 2020 posted before you were elected last May, but I passed the
information and spreadsheet on to you along with instructions on what needed
to be done to maintain this report to the members.

In some ways, the posting of the financial ledger is more important than the
report to the Business Meeting because the ledger on the website gives our
members verification that their individual donations have been received,
deposited and properly accounted for.

Treasurer's Report January 1 - February 28, 2021

ASP has 2 bank accounts. The total across both accounts was $2,219.51 at the
end of April.



March/April Contributions Totaled: $400.00 + $.01 interest = $400.01

Expenses were:

ASP server $198

PayPal transaction fees: $6.76

Total $204.76



We have exceeded our prudent reserve goal. ASP policy is to send funds above
our prudent reserve to the Al-Anon World Service Organization (WSO).
A check for $195.25 will be sent to the WSO.
