[Businessmtg] ASP May Business Meeting: Announcement Board

Thank you Mary and the SC!
I support both the proposed content for the Announcement board and making this the responsibility of the Secretary. I also support only linking to the local meeting information as there is already a really good website that has this info and duplicating that list on our website seems like a waste of effort. :)
I have one clarifying question (that does not affect my support). If this is passed this month (or in July) will this become the responsibility of the secretary immediately or only when the changes to motion #4 are implemented?
