I am in favor of  revitalizing the notice board, the 4 content areas
suggested, and having the secretary be responsible for the notice board.
Since ASP members live in different parts of the world, it makes sense to
focus on regional, national, and international conferences but to limit
local information to links to assist members to find local meetings.
