Greetings.  First I agree with her completely.  I see no indication that we have anyone designated as a literature person.  Perhaps a new service position could be created with duties such as:

          Sending a welcome message with CAL suggestions and links to the AFG Store and free downloadable CAL to newcomers shortly after they are subscribed.

           Creating an online literature table and writing the literature reviews on the message board.

           Sending an occasional message to the group reviewing the links in the welcome message and suggesting or highlighting a piece of CAL AND  how to obtain it.
