Hi folks.

I don't know why others haven't put their names in the proverbial hat, but
hopefully some will,
 Willingly!

I feel quite on the spot being the only one,
Feelings aren't facts but still.

Jerry has a point, however I don't think it's ok to push anyone to apply
just because there's only one resume.

I happily applied,  knowing that it'll be a huge learning curve,  maybe
confusing,
Perhaps lots of ironing out to be had and loads of other issues. Plus
mistakes.

I prayed ALOT on this.
And finally due to many reasons applied.

I know there are equally if not more qualified people here for this
position but it's up to each individual to decide.

On their own steam, not other's.

Regardless if I become GR or someone else does,
It's what our HPs wants
for today.

This I believe .

As far as bullying and predator-ish behavior, it is one area I'd like to see
something put into
place by
using all of Al-Anon’s traditions and concepts and Higher Powers here in
the biz-meeting.

The discussion system with a motion and then voting rights.]
