Hi folks,

 

Time for the Q&A period has come to a close.  We will now begin the polling period where each of you will have your chance to vote for our first Group Representative and the next List Administrator.

 

Before I post the links, I need to remind everyone that we tally the votes here at ASP differently than what you might be used to.  

Here, each of the candidates must receive a majority of the members present voting for them.  In other words, not voting is the same as a No Vote.  The same is true for Abstaining – it counts as a No Vote.  If you want to elect these ladies, you MUST vote and you must vote for them.  Anything else counts as a no vote. 

 

Since discussion is not permitted during an election, the Business Meeting will be placed on moderated status for the next week – no one will be permitted to post anything to the Business Meeting until polling period has closed, and the results of the election are posted.
