[Businessmtg] Prudent Reserve / Being Self-Supporting

Until we know the extra expenses that are involved with ASP being a new 
service structure, I think we ought to hold back on sending to the area 
and district until we know how much is involved in having a prudent 
reserve. Since we'll be sending someone to the annual meeting, will we 
even know how much that will cost until we know where it will be? Of 
course, our trusted leaders may already know where it will be, so this 
point may be mute.

I have no problem doubling my monthly donations. I think it would be 
wise to mention the extra costs, thus the need for increased 
contributions, in the topic/general meeting.
