Hi ASPers,

Well, it appears that we have a consensus on the changes made regarding the Founders, which means that we have reached a consensus for all three sections of the recommended updates to Motion #4. That concludes that phase of the KBDM process for this topic.

The next phase is for us to have a motion. The motion MUST include everything that we agreed to in our 3-part consensus.

To make that easier, I’ve taken the recommendation side of the chart we used and made them into a single document and posted it on the original ASP websitehttps://tinyurl.com/nd7w6rcw here:

http://www.serenitysys.com/A_Serenity_Place/Business/nbm/asp_service_structure_revised_OCT_2021.html

Since the server often mangles long URLs, here the TinyURL version:

https://tinyurl.com/nd7w6rcw

Please note that in the process of doing this, I discovered that we neglected to remove the Meeting Contact duties from the List Administrator when we created the Group Representative position. I have left that language in place, but red-lined it.

So. . .

We need a motion and a second.

Since this is a bit complicated, I’m including the actual wording of the original Motion #4. Something similar, but with the updated URL would be a simple solution.

 Motion # 4

“The ASP Service Structure as currently proposed by Steve [see <http://www.serenitysys.com/A_Serenity_Place/Business/nbm/structure.htm> http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/Business/nbm/structure.htm ] be adopted by the group.”

Once we have a motion and a second, we’ll have a BRIEF discussion to ensure that the motion complies with the consensus, and then move on to the polls.

Hugs,

Steve
