OK, folks we have a motion by Jerry, and seconded by Lynn:
"I motion that ASP adopt as its operating service structure the structures spelled out in detail at https://tinyurl.com/nd7w6rcw."
Anne K., would you please set up a poll for the above motion.  When you have the poll ready, please post the link for the poll to the Business Meeting.  The poll needs to be open for 7 days after it goes live - please include the date and time that the poll will close.
When the poll closes, please send me a text and an email of the results.  I will announce the results and close the meeting.
