Hi business friends,

It sounds very sensible to roll the webmaster duties into the secretary
position and eliminate webmaster position.  I absolutely agree the
secretary should have the flexibility to appoint an assistant.  This would
give the secretary the flexibility to have help, which I see as perhaps
depending on the size of our group as membership increases or decreases.
Yes, appointing a group rep is favorable,  of course we should have
representation.

In closing,  please take my opinions with a grain of salt, this is my first
entry to a business meeting and I'm only just learning the structure of
meetings as well as the issues being discussed.
