[Businessmtg] Changes to ASP structure

Steering Committee and fellow business meeting participants,

ASP, is a strong fellowship that has helped many of us find and keep our sanity and serenity.  We are all in debt to those who have filled  our service positions.  We're moving, along with other areas of society, into a a new era of electronic communication.  Our virtual meetings will be recognized and  begin playing a bigger role in the WSO.

I believe it is important that we create the GR position so someone can be recruited for it and we can begin participating in the Online District (or whatever it will be called) from the very beginning.   The Online Intergroup Rep (now vacant) position would be eliminated.

The Steering Committee, our trusted servants, has given a lot of thought to the changes about the Webmaster position.  I am in favor of approving them and moving on to try to put this structure into action as soon as possible.  If a particular area needs to be changed or tweaked, then it can be done in a timely manner.
