Hi pals.

Thank you all for making this clearer.

I've had trouble going back and forth,  to be honest.

But ok.

Differences between TWO categories of Service:

1. Officers, Steering Committee.
2. Appointed service folks,  (Appointed by officers, ie: SC.)

AND:

Topics-

1. Dissolving webmaster.
2. Letting secretary appoint an assistant.


Is this correct?
Really simplified....
