Hi ASPers,
Motion #23 passed.
As I mentioned there were 25 members attending the Business Meeting.
Seventeen (17) affirmative votes are required to pass.
For:		19
Against:	1
Abstain:	0
Did not vote:	5
I want to thank everyone that voted, including the member that voted against
the motion.  However, once again, the number of members that failed to vote
is disappointing.
