Hello Business Meeting friends,



First, I would like to thank Mary for the time she spent managing the
Tradition 7 business related  needs of ASP as the ASP Treasurer.  Because
she has recently stepped down from this position, I have been asked to step
in.  As one of the ASP founders, I will assist and manage this role until we
have another volunteer step forward.  Mary has turned over all of her
materials to me and Steve and we are working on transitioning access to me.
For now I will provide you with a brief update.



November and December



*	Income -  from our members in the form of Paypal and checks - $465

*	Checks are in the process of being deposited to the ASP account.

*	Expenses  - Monthly Esosoft server payments and Some Paypal
transactions incur fees: $207.43
*	We have not yet reconciled the account.  With that said.our account
balance is expected to be: $1510.68

*	Our prudent reserve is $1301
*	Our balance over Prudent reserve is expected to be $209.68





The spreadsheet is still being updated and will post to the website soon -

*	The spreadsheet tracks each individual transaction so that members
can see that their donation has been recorded and it also logs each of our
expenses.
*	The spreadsheet on the website was last updated in early November
and reflects activity through October.
