bylaws. Your service is appreciated!

I agree with the benefits of incorporation for ASP.  The bylaws as written
appear exactly as Steve has said, our ASP guidelines translated into
legal-speak.  (I confess, I lack the energy and concentration to read and
compare every line atm, but I am placing trust in the process that went
into the writing).
