Hi ASPers,

As I mentioned a bit ago, I've made a couple of additional changes,
corrections and updates to the draft bylaws; mostly in response to Anne K's
suggestions.  Please refer to my response to Anne K for the specifics.

I have also changed the name of the PDF to reflect today's date, and posted
the new version to the ASP website at:
