[Businessmtg] Numbering issue in a section

That was a good catch, Missy! I finally had the chance this morning to do a
side by side review of the Bylaws and our Founding Policies. With the
changes incorporated and after much discussion, I'm satisfied with the
current draft. Phew!

Steve -- once again, thank you for the work you put into it and for
answering questions, keeping the process on task, and making edits as
consensus arose. Your historical knowledge brings great value to our group.
I believe this is my 4th or 5th business meeting and I think I'm finally
getting the gist of how it works. Like I said, it takes a while for things
to sink in for me sometimes.

Everyone -- I so appreciate the time you took to read and review, ask
questions and request changes. I feel we had a hardy meeting on this and I
learned a lot. Most importantly, I am reminded that if I have ideas, would
like to see change, or want to understand how things work internally, then
I must get involved. Attending these meetings is one thing. Serving ASP on
the steering committee is a whole other experience. We currently have a
couple of positions open on the committee -- I believe List Administrator
and Secretary (Steve, please correct me if I'm wrong -- it doesn't look
like the website is completely updated). The instructions for how to apply
for these positions are under Member Instructions -- last section. Basically
you complete the ASP Resume Form <http://asp-afg.org/members/resume/> and
then send it along with a note to the Steering Committee
<http://asp-afg.org/members/member-instructions/steering_committee@asp-afg.org>
.

Steve (again) -- :) Do you need a new motion for the consensus? If so, I
move to approve the Bylaws as drafted and amended under the URL

Is there a second?

My best,
Tammy
