In response to someone requesting more time to review the bylaws
yesterday: (I mistakenly sent to more than one email address so the
system bounced it back)

With respect, if we have known for 11.years as a group that
incorporation is desired, I don't see how further delays serve us. It
has been a week since the draft bylaws were posted, and changes have
been made based on input from the business meeting. What time frame is
adequate for consideration? The slogans that keep coming up for me
when I reflect on this topic are "Progress not Perfection" and
"Principles Over Personalities". If we disagree with something in the
bylaws, it could be brought up for change at a future meeting.
Meanwhile, we could move forward with incorporation and thus take a
burden off the treasurer. It appears in my brief time here that we
have difficulty keeping people in this and other trusted servant
positions. I feel taking some of the burden off the treasurer position
is worth it.

Again, I don't mean any disrespect, I'm just having difficulty
relating to your position.
