   Hi Business Friends,

   In regard to the discussion in naming a person in the motion (in this
   case, Steve), I'm of the opinion that no specific person should be
   named as it would be too limiting.  It also would require more motions
   and delay of action if that person no longer was `pertinent.'.  Perhaps
   naming a specific position or committee is enough.
