Hi Anna,
I believe that Motion #10 made it quite clear that the members of ASP assigned the bulk of the incorporation process to me personally.  
I am the founder of ASP.  There are two Founder positions in ASP.  There are technical differences between those.  Also, we do not have a co-founder position.  The second Founder position has changed over the years.  The first lived in Ohio; she passed away many years ago.  The second lives in South Africa; she resigned the position and I believe left ASP for a short period of time.  The current lives in Massachusetts.

I’m confused as to why it would only list one founder. I thought there were 2 cofounders, Steve and Anne. Shouldn’t both be listed?
