[Businessmtg] Possible amendment for the current motion

I don't think a motion to have an alternate entity for filing the
incorporation paperwork needs to be addressed at this time. For one, the
motion for WHO files was already addressed in motion 10. At this point,
assuming the bylaws are approved at this meeting,  Steve IS capable of
filing for incorporation.  Should something unforeseen happen to him
between now and the actual filing date,  that would seem to me to be the
time to appoint a replacement. The purpose of this business meeting is to
review and approve the bylaws,  anything else is an outside issue in my
opinion.
