Hi Folks!

 

Here is an update on the last two months of activity and I pasted Motion 24
below, it passed on 5/31 - We will be making our first donation to the
Al-Anon Global Electronic Area as part of our agreed upon disbursement of
funds over our prudent reserve.

 

****please note that we operated at a deficit, partially due to the fact
that I haven't passed the basket in a few months.. I will do so this week
and share some of the Area information as well as the passing of this most
recent motion which reallocates our funds.

Expenses (Monthly Server Fee)  = $198

Bank Balance as of 7/1/2022 is $2184.60

 

$584 over our prudent reserve -

60% to the Area

40% to WSO

 

On 5/31, the business meeting passed Motion 24

 

1.	ASP's Prudent Reserve to be equal to one year's operating expenses;
actual amount to be calculated by the Steering Committee and recalculated as
needed.

2. Funds in excess of the Prudent Reserve are to be donated quarterly
according to the following formulae:

a. Interim: Until ASP belongs to an Electronic District. 

District N/A

Area 60%

WSO 40%

b. Permanent; once the conditions of (a) above have been met, the following
formula for donating excess funds applies.

District 60%

Area 30%

WSO 10%"
