I am not certain I understand. I thought Steve said that right now there
are no districts, so should we not be splitting donations between the area
and the WSO until districts are formed? Perhaps a motion that gives both
scenarios, so that it is easy to slide over to district distribution when
that takes place? I think perhaps Steve was just showing an example of how
many F2Fs do things, but it was not the recommendation. But I may be
misunderstanding.

My personal experience in face-to-face Al-Anon service is that many meetings
distribute their excess funds based on a simple formula:

    60% to the District

    30% to the Area

    10% to WSO
