Hi Business Friends,
In regard to the current discussion, I would like to share my opinion and feelings about donating and/or continuing to donate to WSO.

Our objective is to 'carry the message' and I believe that WSO is a large part of our ability to do so.  It is called "World Service" for a reason.  While it has always been the case, it has never been more apparent to me than during this worldwide pandemic, our message and our recovery and our ESH is absolutely world-wide.  The WSO conduit is supported by donations from groups and individuals, once we have taken care of 'our own' so to speak.   My home f2f group has always donated in 25% increments to our 4 entities.  While I am not hung up on the percentage amount agreed upon, I strongly believe that WSO should not be left out of the equation

I believe it is the same Service Manual that Jerry used that now uses the word 'ample' reserve rather than prudent.  While I remember the discussions at the time of the change, I do not now remember the reasoning behind it.  However, 'ample' means enough, and I interpret that to mean that when my group has 'enough' to keep going, it is time to share the extra with the next level - in the case of Washington state, district, state and WSO.

My support is definitely for carrying the message worldwide and offering ample monetary support as we can.
