Thanks Steve, Jerry, Linda F and LindaLee H for elaborating a bit on ASP
history regarding donations of our extra funds. I also appreciate
everyone's interpretation of the applicable concepts and warranties.

One question,  the initial incorporation fee was approximately $1000,
correct? Was that paid from our current funds? Meaning the balance Anne O
reported is after the incorporation was paid?

Based on the discussion from others, I think we should now return to
donating at least 10% of our excess funds to WSO quarterly.  I would
support the split of 60 area-30 district-10 WSO when those entities are set
up to receive donations. Is there an estimated timeline when a district may
be set up? Should we donate an additional 30% to WSO until a district is
created (total of 40%)?

When we know the cost for GR and any annual incorporation costs, we can
recalculate our prudent (ample) reserve. That would seem to be a good time
to discuss if we should decrease our reserve to 6 months or keep the
current one year's expenses as someone mentioned.
