[Businessmtg] Greeter Committee Update

Good morning, fellow ASPers.

Happy Sunday!

It is my pleasure to share with you our newest membership information for
the last couple of months:

New Members for March: 17
New Members for April: 9

As you can see, we had a significant reduction in the number of new member
applications. I personally tested the process both months and confirmed
that the system and process is working. My test submissions came to the
Greeter inbox almost instantaneously; so there is no issue with our server
or process.

Since my last update, I am thrilled to report we had an overwhelming
response from members volunteering to step up in service. Our new group of
Greeters has the following rotation:

Beth:     Monday, Tuesday
Sally:     Wednesday
Jenni:    Thursday, Friday
Janice:   Saturday, Sunday

Our incoming group is now officially starting today with Janice at the
helm. I am excited to be working with all of them. I am extremely grateful
for the outgoing committee members: Tammy, Lynne and Margaret who were
absolutely committed to their roles in service. I will miss working with
each and every one of them. Please join me in thanking our outgoing
committee members as well as our incoming committee members in their
tireless service to our group!
