[Businessmtg] ASP Business - Prudent Reserve and Donations Discussion

   Hi Business Friends:


   It seems good common sense to me to remove the dollar figure for the
   amount of prudent reserve and rephrase to excess over _________(time)
   expenses.

   Presently, it has been suggested at one year and while I can live with
   that, I do prefer 6 months.


   I also prefer equitable increments of distribution donations to our
   various entities rather than those suggested, especially with WSO only
   getting 10%.  That does bother me.  Of course our group always comes
   first and foremost.
