Thanks Margaret.  Oddly, I was told that the GR does not have access to this
AFG Connects publication.  We will need Steve, who is the CMA  for our group
to share this information with us.  If there is truly banking information
published for the groups associated with this Area, then our concerns will
be resolved and we just need to determine the distribution of those funds.

-we are reviewing what our Prudent reserve looks like.  Whether we choose
annual expenses or a shorter period of time.  And, that the treasurer keep
the BM informed re: annual expenses vs. publishing a $$$ figure.
-once we define and agree to the prudent reserve, we then need to agree to
the distribution of funds.  Break out district, Area and WSO.  With the
district $$$ going to the Area until there is a defined district associated
with our Area.

I think it is these two bucket that we are working through.

Our CMA and/ or GR should now have bank account information for the new
Electronic Area. It was published on AFG Connects today. I recommend that we
follow the previously suggested split of our excess funds between Area and
WSO at this time. The idea of a district structure is still in the future
idea stage. When/ if it becomes a reality we can reassess our donations at
that time.
