The discussion on the motion will be open through Midnight Pacific Standard
Time Wednesday, May 25th.  At that time, the poll will open for voting on
the motion as it stands now or if it is amended during the discussion, then
as amended.  

This will result in the meeting running into overtime, although that is
specifically allowed for polling purposes by our group conscience.

discuss the wording of the motion below.

As a reminder, we have left the KBDM phase of this discussion and are now in

Motion under discussion:

"I move that we take the following actions:

1. Prudent Reserve to be one year's operating expenses; actual amount
determined by Steering Committee as needed.

2. Excess Funds to be donated quarterly according to the following
formulae:
a. Interim: Until ASP belongs to an Electronic District District N/A Area
60% WSO 40% b. Permanent; once the conditions of (a) above have been met,
the following formula for donating excess funds applies.
District 60%
Area 30%
WSO 10%"
