Hi ASPers,

I don't see any issues with Jerry's wordsmithing of the consensus.  I have
restated the motion with Jerry's suggested amendments below with the all
caps emphasis removed (between the rows of arrows).  

If you OK with Jerry's version as amended below, please say so.  Ditto if
you are not OK; say so.

Motion as amended by Jerry:

1. ASP's Prudent Reserve to be equal to one year's operating expenses;

a. Interim: Until ASP belongs to an Electronic District.

Without altering the intent nor effects of our consensus, I offer the
following amendments to the Motion on the floor for clarity:

(Proposed language alterations emphasized in CAP LETTERS for ease of
comparison only, not for final use):

Part 1 - Original:
1. Prudent Reserve to be one year's operating expenses; actual amount
determined by Steering Committee as needed.

Proposed Amendment:
1. ASP's Prudent Reserve to be EQUAL TO one year's operating expenses;
actual amount TO BE CALCULATED by THE Steering Committee AND RECALCULATED as
needed.

[Notes: Proposed amendments add definition to what our PR is; "calculated"
over "...determined" to keep the amount from being subjective to whim; and
"...and recalculated" again defining method of determining future
alterations.]

Part 2 - Original:
2. Excess Funds to be donated quarterly according to the following
formulae:
a. Interim: Until ASP belongs to an Electronic District District N/A Area
