[Businessmtg] Business Meeting Proposed Motion

   Hi Business Friends,


   I am fine with Jerry's amended motion.


   While my personal preference remains equitable distribution of
   donations over our ample reserve,  rather than limiting WSO t 10%, I
   feel I have been heard and I have no problem going with the consensus.


   Also want to add that at no time did I "demand" nor would I "demand"
   that my opinion be the one accepted for action.  I certainly want to
   hear all opinions and I hope for the same courtesy.
