Hello Business Friends,

 

I am pleased to report the following ASP Financial activity since our last
meeting.  

 

Bank Account information-

 

Soundbank Balance as of 10/31/2022  = $1938.92

-Amount over Prudent reserve = $338.92

-Next disbursement of prudent reserve funds to Global  Electronic Area (GEA)
and World Service Organization (WSO) will be made at the end of December.  

 

Here is the breakdown of transactional  activity since August 31, 2022

Total Income Since August 31, 2022 -  $702.00

Total Expenses since August 31, 2022 -   $1119.05

 

***Income/Member donations:  $702.00

 

***Expense detail.

*Esosoft monthly server fee: $198 ($99 per month)

*Paypal fees: $9.05

*ASP Quarterly donation to the WSO = $302.40 (40% of funds over prudent
reserve)

*ASP Quarterly donation to the GEA = $453.60 (60% of funds over prudent
reserve)

*ASP Annual  Business related PO Box = $156.00

 

A note about Paypal and the family and friends option I have suggested when
passing the basket.  Several members have contacted me to tell me that the
option is not available to them when they make a donation.  I have reached
out to Paypal and learned that when we incorporated and opened our business
account at Sound Bank, we became a business and as a business no longer
qualify for the friends and family option.  Although we are a non-profit
support group, our business status disqualifies us.
