Hi Marilyn,

The Recording Secretary job description is contained in Motion 22 (which
replaced Motion 4) under the Secretary's job description:

*  Appoints & oversees Recording Secretary
    *  Assists Secretary as requested
    *  Assists with website maintenance and updates

In other words, the Recording Secretary's job is very loosely defined to
assist the Secretary as requested, and more specifically to assist with
website maintenance and updates.  

Additionally, please note that the Recording Secretary is not a member of
the Steering Committee, and is not quite what we are talking about in this
discussion.
