Hello everyone,

As discussed at the last business meeting, I will keep track of a few 
measures of our membership and share them every meeting. As you can see 
below, these numbers haven't changed significantly in the last 4 months. 
This information is useful in seeing the health of ASP and to spot any 
significant movements up or down. Most of these are difficult for me to 
get historical data on, except one (see below). But at least we will 
have a record going forward.

The number of members at ASP as of August 31st is 966. For reference, 
the number of members as of July 1st was 962.

The number of people who unsubscribed from ASP each month since I 
started as List Administrator on May 1st have been:

May - 27

June - 22

July - 27

August - 33

The number of unique people who shared at least once each month is:

May - 124

June - 122

July - 138

August - 146

The last is the total number of shares each month or shares per day:

May - 1357 (43.7 shares per day)

June - 1303 (43.4 shares per day)

July - 1390 (44.8 shares per day)

August - 1368 (44.1 shares per day)

This last one is the only one that I can easily gather historical data 
on at ASP. I have graphed the number of shares per day (which is the 
total shares per month divided by the number of days in the month) from 
January 2019 to now. I can't attach it to this email, but you can see it

Please let me know if there are any other metrics that you would find 
useful to keep track of over time or any questions about the ones I 
shared. Otherwise, things were pretty quiet and routine the last couple 
months from the list administrator perspective.
