I tend to favor time zones. However, even more, I feel comfortable leaving that decision up to our trusted servants, our steering committee. It sounds like there are still many factors in flux. Since our steering committee will have the most up to date information, I don’t want to see there be a consensus established by the business meeting that would become a poor decision based on outdated information.
