[Businessmtg] Districts / Overlay District

Hi biz friends. I’m not sure what an overlay district is, but I do think
it be a good idea for all email or email related meetings to have or be in
one district. And each other technology have their own district, no
matter the number. Then there may not be a concern regarding language and
time zone. Just my thoughts.
