Hi everyone,

I think we are really close on an agreement to all parts of this issue. As it stands there is agreement to add the Al anon declaration as a closing to one or more days of the week. 

But I don’t think we are quite at agreement on which day(s) to add it to. Although we are very close! Reading through all of the discussion so far, I think we have narrowed it down to two options.

One option is to add the declaration as a closing to all days, Sunday to Saturday. The other option is to add the declaration as a closing all days except Saturday, as that day already has a closing. So add it to Sunday to Friday. 

When I read through the last email from each person, I tabulated that 6 people wanted to add it to all days, 2 people wanted to add it to Sun to Fri and 5 people were fine adding to any day. 

We’re really getting into the nitty gritty details now, but I think it is important to clarify. So I’d like to extend discussion on this until the end of today to try and get an agreement on this last point.
