Hi Biz Alls.  I would like to give the BM chair the benefit of grace to
clarify the topic before I comment.

I was taught in the ASP BM, the essence of KBDM, that every word typed,
every comma needs to be mindfully placed, so as to not throw off
interpretation/meaning of someone’s intended thoughts and words.
This is my opinion.
