Fully on track with giving out digital and/or hard copy Beginner Brochure.

Agree that hard copies present complications. As Anne related the booklets, envelopes, and postage we initially gave to the original person who was to do this left with the materials before anything got sent out. Handling digital through Greeters simplifies.

I can't see the WSO forgiving their small profit from selling the packet whether hard copy or electronic. Since they own the copyright I don't know how we can morally transfer its content for this purpose. [Thought: If we had a designated Beginner Meeting Day these materials could probably be related within that meeting, a bit at a time.]

Anyway, at $1.40 each and looking at a few Greeter Reports, some reporting as few as 9 newcomers per month and the holiday numbers as high as 24 per month, we could estimate from our full records the financial commitment we'd be making by approving this? It looks like it would be easily handled, but worth having the data as part of the current discussion. Could someone run the numbers please?
