Sorry to disagree with you Sandie. As input on the topic on the floor in our Knowledge Based Decision Making process I believe an open discussion of our experience with this exact thing, though from an era before digital offering was considered let alone possible, is appropriate - and possibly enlightening to newer members.
I personally see this topic as an extension of our past agreement to provide newcomer materials and supported by our rejection of the motion to rescind that group conscience agreement.
Reading Motion #7 I believe we can begin supplying these materials, either hard copy or digitally, with a simple administrative decision once details are worked out with the WSO, a new Group Conscience by the Business Meeting being repetitive and unnecessary, though there's no harm in doing so I guess.
