Hi again, 

My reasoning for this is because they are unable to be purchased in bulk at this time like you would with paper copies, as per the page sent by Tori. I believe, and may be wrong, each time it is desired to be sent it will need to be purchased and then sent to the newcomer as a gift. I do not believe someone can purchase many in advance then share them because it automatically gets sent to a device of choice.  Sharing is limited, as far as I’ve found on Kindle. 

If it is saved onto the webpage, a link can be sent for the newcomer to view it.
