[Businessmtg] Newcomer packets

While I understand this motion was done in the past, there was no follow through. This tells me the idea was done with no plan for realistic logistics to carry it out. While I love the idea of offering the e-packets, I do not think it wise to plow ahead without a sound and functional plan in place, or we will be making the same mistake. 

Is it possible to put this hold for now and have a task force/committee work out the details, see if it is plausible and functional,  and then revisit it later??
