Hello Biz Friends,

I understand that there has been some confusion due to the wording, timing,
etc.

I was out of line with the KMBD by suggesting another motion. I was under
the understanding that if a word change happened it needed a new motion. I
was incorrect. Therefore, since my error caused some confusion, please
accept my apologies.

In order to get back on track, the original motion on the floor is the
valid one that is standing, not the two part motion that I suggested
afterwards.

The original motion is:

"I move to repeal motion 7 and add the link to greeter emails regarding the
newcomer information available."

(MG made the motion, Marilyn second).


The parliamentary procedural discussion to look at the original motion will
end tomorrow (July 30).

After that, but before the end of the month, there will be a poll that will
have the wording of the motion  and a vote.

It seemed that everyone did not want to delay this in the discussion.
Therefore, it is very important that everyone votes in the poll. Passing a
motion required 2/3 affirmation. Abstaining is the same as voting no.
