Hi alls.

I would like to add that the SC and the BM have agreed to accept that this
motion is a direct violation of established ASP policy as it stands at this
time.

That the BM and SC will meet and be updated how the plan has been working,
being handled and implemented for the next 3 BM.  May, July, Sept.

That we will discuss whether or not we wish to renew this plan or make a
new plan in November of 2023
