Thank you Steve! Your response to my question was reassuring.  I think it's
very reasonable to reach out to individuals who the SC feels have positive
attributes for serving.  I merely wanted to hear that the new path to SC
service would also be announced to the recovery meeting at large to give
everyone a chance to consider serving.

I am satisfied with your Steve's explanation and support the motion
currently being discussed.
