Hi all,

I think waiting 2 months to recruit for SC openings is unnecessary.  When
an opening becomes available,  we're all notified. Everyone has a chance to
submit their resume.  When those resumes are presented to the BM for review
and voting the prior experience is available.  If the concern is choosing
someone who meets current requirements versus someone whose prior service
was waived by the SC, the BM will reflect that in its vote.

I am not sure why this is even a concern. Clearly there are not herds of
qualified members volunteering.  In looking through the archives,  it
appears that there are frequently unfilled positions. Qualified members who
are able to serve have been in short supply for long enough I think it's
safe to predict it will continue into the future.

As Lynne said, this motion can be modified i. the future if needed.  Right
now, and in the near future,  our SC needs relief and support.
