[Businessmtg] Acting Secretary report

Hello again,

I am the acting Secretary and started this role at the end of December. 
There are 3 main parts to the job.

1. Recruiting/training/overseeing the daily chairs. This is basically a 
twice a year job - December and June. The daily chairs are doing great 
work and run very smoothly.

2. Managing the ASP website. We are very lucky to have Betsy as our 
Recording Secretary. She has continued to update the website and 
clarify/edit portions that hadn't been updated in a while, with the 
Steering Committee's input and approval. Please join me in thanking 
Betsy for her fantastic work!

3. Chairing the Business meeting. As you can see, I am not chairing this 
BM. Anne very kindly offered to chair the BM this month as I will be 
absent for at least 2 weeks later this month. She will also be the 
contact person for the daily chairs during my absence. Steve will be 
covering my List Administrator duties during that time. I want to send 
them both a heartfelt thanks for their willingness to cover for me!
