Happy Tuesday everyone!

I am pleased to announce the results of our voting polls.

Greeter Chair position: Jennifer received 20 votes for,  0 against and 0
abstentions - note 2 members of the business meeting chose not to vote.
Jennifer received a majority of yes votes and has been elected ASP Greeter
Chair.   Effective June 1, 2023.

Secretary position:  Krissy received 17 votes for, 1 against and 2
abstentions - note 2 members of the business meeting chose not to vote,
Krissy received a majority of yes votes and has been elected ASP Secretary.
Effective June 1, 2023.

Thanks to all who participated, please join me in congratulating Jennifer
and Krissy.

Thank you for participating in the resume discussion.  Today we move from
discussion to the voting polls.  As part of the voting process, the meeting
will be put on moderated status for the week.  You can reach out to me

There are 22 members of ASP attending this Business Meeting.  Since our
Founding Policies state "a majority vote will elect a trusted servant at A
Serenity Place" twelve  affirmative votes are required to elect Jennifer as
our new Greeter Chair and twelve affirmative votes are required to elect
Krissy as our new Secretary.

The link to the polls will be sent in the next couple of emails.

Hi Biz Meeting Friends,

 

I am pleased to announce that we have two resumes to present this week for
discussion.

 

***Jennifer's resume for Greeter Chair

 

***Krissy's resume for Secretary

 

I will paste each of their resume's into to two separate emails.  Like all
of the emails we manage in the business meetings and at ASP, these will be
plain text and without formatting.  The server will not allow us to attach
the resume's to the email.

 

The next week will be devoted to reviewing the resumes and Q&A with each of
these members.

We will move on to the next item on the agenda next Monday, May 15.
