Thank you, Jerry.  I think that says so much regarding the qualities of the member we need to serve on the Steering Committee.  This is not about the abilities of the member to perform the tasks of the job - that's easy peasy, as the tasks of the individual officers is largely administrative.  It is the ability of the officer to be an officer - a leader - that is the challenge.
